The campaign comes as part of the Youth Engagement and Contract Transparency project implemented by the Transparency Coalition in Extractive Industries (TCEI) in cooperation, partnership, and support from the Publish What You Pay (PWYP), in addition to the Transparency Coalition’s efforts to support the EITI Transparency Initiative in Yemen. As part of the coalition’s plan to expand its membership and attract a number of active youth organizations.
