Request to prepare brochure content on (EITI)

The Yemeni Integrity Promotion Organization (YOPI) announces, its need for an editor to prepare the content of an informative brochure on the Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI), within the framework of a project of the Transparency Coalition in Extractive Industries (TCEI), from the German International Cooperation Agency / Good Governance Program (GIZ), within a project on the role of youth in promoting transparency in the extractive industries.

 

Anyone who finds himself willing to prepare the required service must submit his application to the organization by e-mail tceiyemen@gmail.com, for a period of 5 days ending on January 27, 2020, according to the following criteria and conditions.

The nature of the required brochure

An introductory article on the initiative in terms of its establishment, goals, standards, development and benefits, Yemen’s membership in it, and the role of stakeholders in its implementation, in an easy and clear language suitable for the specialist and the general public at the same time.

Qualifications required for the applicant

  1. Submit a CV in Arabic and English showing his ability to prepare and write reports and evidence.
  2. Provides at least one job that demonstrates his capabilities in preparing a similar work.
  3. Presenting a technical proposal specifying the total time period for preparing the brochure material, and a technical visualization of its content.
  4. Submit a financial proposal in which the total amount required in US dollars is determined, the number of required financial payments, and the amount of each payment within the total period and the total achievement of the brochure material.

Organization actions:

  1. The organization will receive applications for candidacy addressed to the organization’s executive director at tceiyemen@gmail.com. In the event that an email cannot be sent due to the internet’s status at the moment, requests can be sent via WhatsApp to 711748639.
  2. The organization will respond to the applicants with acceptance or an apology within 5 days after the end of the application period.
  3. The organization will provide the winner with all its information related to the brochure.

 

Coalition support:

The applicant wishing to provide voluntary support to the Transparency Coalition in Extractive Industries with 10% of the wage that he will receive upon winning can mention this in the submitted offer, knowing that the lack of approval will not affect the comparison based on the technical and financial offers.
